🧭 How Room Reservations Work

A simple step-by-step so you know exactly what to expect.

1) Pick Your Space

Choose Study Rooms for quiet work, Conference Room for meetings, or Multipurpose Rooms for bigger events.

2) Review Policy & Fees

Please read the Meeting Room Procedure for fees, usage requirements, and alcohol policy.

3) Submit Your Request

Use our online form to request a date/time. Staff will follow up if anything is needed.

For quiet personal work, school projects, small meetings, and nonprofit activities.

First 2 hours: Free (per patron, per day)

Additional time: $5/hour (at staff discretion)

Please note: Study rooms are for quiet, personal, or nonprofit use only. Paid or commercial activities β€” including music/vocal lessons or other fee-based services β€” are not permitted. For paid business use, please inquire at the front desk about our other meeting rooms.

Ideal for meetings, planning sessions, and small groups.

Rate: $5/hour

πŸŽ‰ Multipurpose Rooms

For larger events and gatherings. Add-ons may include kitchen and A/V.

Rates vary (non-profit / private / for-profit)

May require deposit and/or cleaning fee depending on event type.

🧼 Cleanup

Groups are responsible for leaving rooms tidy and returning furniture/equipment to its place.

🍽️ Food & Alcohol

Food may be allowed in certain spaces; alcohol has special requirements. Please review the policy before planning.

⏰ After Hours

Some spaces may be available before/after hours. Study rooms are typically not available after hours.
