Board Meetings

Lone Cone Library's Board of Trustees meets every third Monday of the month at 9am.

They are open to the public and held in person at the library as well as via Google Meet. Please reach out prior to the meeting to officemanager@loneconelibrary.org for the Google Meet link.  It can also be found on previous Board Meeting Agendas.

Contact us if you would like to see any minutes or agendas from past meetings.

Public Comment Procedure: The Lone Cone Library Board values public participation. Those who would like to address the Library Board can do so virtually or in-person. The opportunity to address the Library Board does not include a question-and-answer session or require a response. Additionally, the Library Board does not respond to anonymous questions or comments. Comments will be acknowledged in the minutes of the meeting. If you choose to make a public comment virtually or in-person during a Library Board meeting, your name will be called in the order it was received, first for virtual guests then for in-person guests.

1. In-person: Must sign in on the form provided at the door.

2. Virtually: Send an email message to the kerry@loneconelibrary.org  with your name and the comment topic by 8:30am on the day of the meeting.

4. Those who failed to sign up, submit the proper email, or arrived late, may, at the discretion of the President, be allowed to address the Library Board.
